Il y a quelque mois d'ici Anùun a découvert Avalon lorsqu'il était poursuivit par une bande de chasseurs. Le jeune homme s'était enfuis de son village car il était traqué pour cause de sa nature de magicien; il était donc seul et sans nourriture depuis plusieurs jours. Lorsque la jeune femme l'a trouvé dans les bois, il était affaiblis et affamé. Anùunn voyant qu'il était comme elle, s'est débarrassée des chasseurs qui le poursuivaient, et l'a emmenée chez elle pour le soigner.

Depuis ce jour Avalon vit à Brinklow, il n'a jamais su avouer qu'il avait été sauvé par une femme, aveuglé par son orgueil, mais il éprouve pour elle un profond respect, et même bien plus encore...

U.C: Lorsque la belle à aperçu le jeune homme pour la première fois, son regard lui a étrangement rappelé l'enfant qu'elle avait prit sous son aile et qui a été tué par des chasseurs devant ses yeux. Elle a donc eu ce besoin de le protéger lui aussi, certainement pour combler le trou béant qu'elle avait dans sa poitrine.
